Anyone else having problems uploading photos lately?

I've spent ages on a new system. Hopefully you shouldn't be having any issues. What's the problem?
Site Admin: just won't upload says problem with my browser, Never had a problem before, Took pictures with my camera then transferred to phone but can't upload for some reason
