Leslie Watson

I was very sorry to learn that one of my idols, legendary Scottish distance runner Leslie Watson, died yesterday. A very sad start to the new year ☹ - it came as quite a shock to me, as I had spoken to her at a reunion event in September and she seemed OK.

Very Sad,but what a life Leslie experienced and providing enjoyment and encouragment to many with the same aspirations.🤕
