Over the years there have been many invitations to walk in Yorkshire and I've participated in many of them.
Rather than in a forum perhaps the way ahead would be to put up a specific invitation for a walk on a certain day giving people at least a couple of weeks notice and see what response that you get, cheers, John.

Hello Graham, I agree with John, just decide when/where you want to walk, then add an invite, sometimes no interest, sometimes lots of interest, depends on everyone’s commitments, just go for it.

Another possibility is to join Beebee66's walk on 17th of March. There's a few Yorkshire members joining that walk and in particular Helvelyn40 who has in previous years organised quite a few walks in the Yorkshire Dales so it would be good to get to know him.
