You haven't sent one to me!!! You can see my reply to the forum titled "Scotland"
It would be great to get some days out organised in Scotland, so far all the trips I've done have been in England and Wales. And for hill walking Scotland is just miles and mioes ahead of them both combined.
As I've said in the previous forum, I'm waiting ona TKR (total knee replacement) for my left knee but that should be soon so I'll be out and about again for the spring.
It would be interesting to see who didn't reply as I think that anyone should reply even if it's a negative reply,
Cheers, John.
Don’t ask what I’m doing here, I also live along way away, but it is the internet!
I think girls may like a manly man, but not one who shouts in public “I’m not gay!”, but maybe it’s different up north??
I think you said you’d sent 12 messages, my experience of these things is send 120 carefully worded charming messages and you might get 1 response, I guess as far as you’re concerned there may be no one in Scotland.
I think there are folk here that have moved on from dating and use this as a way of organising their social walking, which is probably a great way of ….. dating.
Hello Stephen,
I was referring to how the site started, having a little joke with the members from the very beginning, what I thought their thoughts might be, nothing to do with gay/straight/or anything else. Apologies if the wording came across a little off, wasn't meant to.

p.s
This is and has been a great site for a lot of us.
:)
Let's be positive, we'd a really great day recently on my walk from Castleton, looking forward there's a growing number of members joining Helvelyn40's walk this coming weekend and similarly with BeeBee66's walk the following weekend.
So let's be positive and get out there and have some fun, cheers, John.
