What's your favourite season and why? Perhaps you have more than one favourite.

My favourite is autumn. I love the autumn colours. When different species of tree are at a different stages of colour the countryside looks amazing. I like the low bright sunshine that lights up the leaves. And spiders' webs in the morning dew. I like the change from summer to winter that autumn brings. And I like not having to worry about sunburn even when the sun is bright.
Beautifully put Morninglover. I also love autumn for the early morning nip in the air and for the colour that bracken turns.
TrangiaVanYes, put very nicely,
I like how the seasons change
downtoearth65: I agree. The changing of the seasons is lovely. I don't think would enjoy living somewhere where all the seasons blended into one. We are lucky to have well defined seasons in the UK.
